Why do counties continue to maintain county roads that promote trespass? Check with your county engineer to find out where you may inadvertently trespass, and ask yourself why do such slipshod practices persist? Politics, the high cost of Justice, &#038;/or inertia?

The real issue for the WWA case that needs to be addressed is selective enforcement. &quot;Equql Protection&quot; expectations were sacrificed for expediency. Karen Budd &#038; company need a trip to the woodshed for shameful actions that undermine due process.]]></description>
